This class is for children with minimal gymnastics backgrounds. This is a progressive
program which follows the National USA Gymnastic Levels 1-4 skills. Class length and
frequency vary depending upon level and skill ability.

ready for the competitive levels. Gymnasts will practice twice a week and each class
will last 1.5 hours.

practice twice a week and each class lasting 3 hr. Gymnasts will have the option
of competing in competitions and may require minimal travel.

Competitive Team
Levels 5-10 will practice 3/5 days a week with classes lasting 3 hours. Students who
radiate a passion for the sport of gymnastics and are able to meet the required time
commitment are invited to our Junior Olympic programs. As part of a team, these young
athletes learn and ultimately perform the national guidelines for gymnastics skills and
routines. Their interest in the sport along with the camaraderie they share are the
ingredients for success, in and out of the competition arena.
