    Recreational Gymnastics
This class is for children with minimal gymnastics backgrounds. This is a progressive program which follows the National USA Gymnastics Levels 1-4 skills. Class length and frequency vary depending upon level and skill ability.

    Intermediate Program
Intermediate classes are offered by invitation only. They are 90 minute classes and teach the skills necessary to begin competitive gymnastics. Strength, flexibility and disciplined workout habits become more important in this program. If your child is not ready for a 90-minute workout, we suggest two 60-minute classes per week. This program is developed for gymnasts that have moved up from recreational classes and but not quite ready for the competitive levels. Gymnasts will practice twice a week and each class will last 1.5 hours.

    Developmental Pre-Team Program
This program is developed for gymnasts that have completed levels 1-4. Gymnasts will practice twice a week and each class lasting 3 hr. Gymnasts will have the option of competing in competitions and may require minimal travel.

    Boys Gymnastics Classes
Our Boys program caters to a wide range of ages as well as skill levels. All our classes follow the Basic Skills Achievement Program (BSAP) for beginning mens gymnastics as set by USA Gymnastics(tm).

    Competitive Team
Levels 5-10 will practice 3/5 days a week with classes lasting 3 hours. Students who radiate a passion for the sport of gymnastics and are able to meet the required time commitment are invited to our Junior Olympic programs. As part of a team, these young athletes learn and ultimately perform the national guidelines for gymnastics skills and routines. Their interest in the sport along with the camaraderie they share are the ingredients for success, in and out of the competition arena.
